Who is Michael Acord? He’s a nobody who likes making videos, love his family and most of his dogs. He is an Expert RE Investor and use to teach seminars for some of the “Big Name” Real Estate Guru’s.  Now he is the “Real Estate Maestro®” who does his own teachings, trainings, coaching, mentorings and seminars, He has been labeled the 2nd worst guitar player in America.

Professionally
He started his career in 1989 and has been involved in such creative investment techniques as seller financing, lease purchase, options, wholesaling, rehabbing homes, assigning contracts, discounted note purchases, paper cranks, mobile home rehabbing, and mobile home financing. Michael obtained his Utah real estate license in 1992 and his passion in real estate is the chase. Since April of 2001, Michael has purchased, rehabbed, and sold mobile homes and associated notes. He is the former owner of National Note of Virginia and Creative Real Estate Solutions, Inc. He is currently the president of CEBA Realty PC and chairman of CEBA Acquisitions. As a real estate coach and mentor, Michael has successfully coached over 4,000 individuals on a national basis.

Personally
He’s been labeled “Mike-A-Razzi by his family because of the video and photo addiction.  He calls his Nikon camera “The Wang” after a scene from Caddyshack.

He packs his Flip Mino HD with him everywhere “just in case” and has a Sony HDR-SR12 that he is still trying to master.  Final Cut Express is getting easier and he kicks himself for not making the Mac conversion earlier.

He is a real estate agent, investor, former real estate guru seminar speaker and a pretty funny guy.  During our interview he admitted he has no clue what makes a good blog but promised he will be all over the place with the things he blogs about.
